RETURN POLICY 

Sophie's Touch wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason our products have failed to meet your expectations, please call or email us within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and to arrange a return, replacement, or refund. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will gladly replace the merchandise without additional charge or provide you with a full refund. We are also happy to accommodate exchanges; however, shipping and handling charges are not refundable and you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return shipment.

All returns must be in original, unused condition. Be sure to pack your items carefully for shipment so they are not damaged in transit, with the RMA# clearly marked on the outside of your package. We recommend returning your items via UPS Ground or insured mail. We also suggest that you keep a copy of the tracking number and shipping receipt for your records. Sophie's Touch is not responsible for any merchandise lost or damaged en route to us.

A refund will be posted to your credit card once your return is received and processed. It normally takes 2-10 business days for financial institutions to process the transaction once we have authorized the credit.

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! If the product has been damaged during shipment, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY and we will work to rectify the problem quickly.

CREDIT CARD POLICY 

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER. The charge on your card will appear under the name: SOPHIE'S TOUCH. Due to increased credit card security procedures, the billing address you provide us must match the one to which your credit card statement is mailed. We reserve the right to have you fax us photocopies of both the credit card and a Driver's License, or other government identification with photographs, for security purposes. All orders must include both a daytime telephone number and a shipping address that is attended during the day. Except for documented credit card fraud, the purchaser is responsible for chargeback fees, and any collection, extra costs, or legal expenses resulting from non payment.

SECURITY 

All online payment transactions are handled with the latest 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card transactions are handled by Authorize.net, one of the World's largest payment processors, on their own secure servers. We never store your credit card number on our servers. Authorize.net is a world leader and experts in maintaining hardened, secure, hacker-proof payment processing servers, which is why we don't take your confidential payment information on our server. We leave that to the world class experts.

To view this site securely, you will need to use a browser such as Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Internet Explorer that supports SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol. These browsers will let you know whether or not the site is secure. There's a symbol, such as a key or lock, to show you are in secure mode; if not, a warning will appear when you are about to send us sensitive information. PRIVACY POLICY 

You can browse the store without worrying about revealing any personal information at all. Personal information is only collected when you are ready to purchase. The only information we collect and store during normal web site browsing is possibly the web site (URL) that referred you to us, the pages visited/requested, product search requests, and date and time of requests. We use this information to generate statistics and measure site activity in order to improve the convenience and productivity of your visits. During normal web site usage, we do not collect or store personal information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, phone number or credit card.

Our site uses an order form for customers to order products. We collect visitor's contact information (like their e-mail addresses) and billing information (like their credit card numbers). The customer's contact information from the order form is used to send orders and to get in touch with the visitor when necessary, such as regarding any problems with your order. Billing information that is collected is used to bill the customer for products and services.
